Kingfisher Primary School was delighted to welcome Tris Osborne, the Member of Parliament for Chatham and Aylesford, to our school during one of the brightest and warmest days of the year.
Mr. Osborne spent the day touring our vibrant school, meeting with our dedicated staff, and chatting with our fantastic students. The visit provided a wonderful opportunity to showcase our school’s warm community spirit and our ongoing commitment to providing an exceptional learning environment.

Beyond celebrating our successes, the visit gave school leadership a valuable opportunity to discuss key areas of focus for the Kingfisher community. Mr. Osborne listened intently to our experiences regarding Special Educational Needs (SEN) support, the long-term impact of the Sports Premium on student health, and the essential resources schools need to continue achieving positive outcomes for all children.
We are incredibly grateful to Mr. Osborne for taking the time to listen to our staff and advocate for our community’s needs at the parliamentary level.
